For Windows 10 and 11 · installs without administrator rights · in English and French
Install Pluméo in three steps
-
Download the file
Save Plumeo-Setup.exe to your Downloads folder.
-
Double-click it
Installation takes a few seconds, with no administrator password. Pluméo creates a shortcut on the desktop and in the Start menu.
-
Open the sample book
On first launch, three short welcome screens introduce Pluméo. Then open the sample book to discover everything in five minutes, and create your own. The full guide is always at hand: F1 key.
Pluméo starts in English if Windows is in English, and in French otherwise. You can change the language at any time in Settings.
If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”
This is normal for recent software from an independent creator: Windows’ SmartScreen filter doesn’t know Pluméo yet.
- Click More info (small link under the text).
- Click the Run anyway button.
On some recent computers, Windows’ “Smart App Control” feature can block the installation without offering a way past. In that case, write to me at info@plumeo.net: I will help you.
Good to know
