Privacy policy
In short: the software collects nothing, the site doesn’t track you, and when you buy, only what is necessary is kept.
This English translation is provided for convenience; in case of difference, the French version prevails.

The Pluméo software
Pluméo works offline. Your books, your notes and your statistics stay on your computer and are sent to no one. No artificial intelligence reads them. The only connection is the update check: it sends only the installed version number, and it can be turned off. An error report is only sent if you decide to, after it has been shown to you, and it never contains the text of your books.
This site
This site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. Like any site, its host (Cloudflare) technically processes visitors’ IP addresses to display the pages and protect the site against abuse.
When you buy
Payment is processed by Link, Stripe’s payment service, which acts as reseller and receives the data needed for payment and invoicing (name, email address, country, payment details). Link processes this data according to its own privacy policy. The seller receives from Stripe your name, your email address, your country and the details of the order, but never your card details. The seller uses your email address only to send you your licence key and to answer your messages. The licence email is sent through the email service Resend.
- Why: to send you your licence key, help you if you lose it, answer your questions, and keep the accounts.
- Legal basis: performance of the sales contract and accounting and tax obligations.
- Duration: the time required by Belgian accounting and tax legislation.
- Sharing: no data is sold or transferred. No newsletter is sent without your consent.
When you write
If you send an email, your address and your message are used only to reply to you.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion (within the limits of accounting obligations) by writing to info@plumeo.net. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
