Terms of sale
Version of 29 October 2026. This English translation is provided for convenience; in case of difference, the French version prevails.
1. Seller
The Pluméo software is published by [to be completed: seller or company name], [to be completed: postal address], company number [to be completed: company number], hereinafter “the seller”. Contact: info@plumeo.net.
The online sale is carried out through Link, Stripe’s payment service, which acts as reseller (merchant of record): Link collects the payment, applies the VAT of the buyer’s country and issues the receipt and the invoice. The seller remains responsible for the software, the licence and support.
2. Product
Pluméo is writing software for Windows 10 and 11, available in English and French. Its features are described on the Features page. Before any purchase, the software can be tried free of charge for 14 days, with all its features, from the Download page.
3. Price
The price of the licence is €69 including all taxes, paid once. From launch until 31 December 2026 inclusive, it is €59 including all taxes. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of the order. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
4. Licence
The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive licence of unlimited duration, for one computer. When changing computers, the licence can be transferred to the new computer. The licence includes all updates of version 1.x. The licence may not be resold or shared.
5. Order and payment
The order takes place on Link’s (Stripe’s) secure payment page, by bank card, Bancontact or the other methods offered depending on your country. The price may be shown there in your local currency. Link’s terms apply to the payment, the receipt and questions relating to the transaction. On your bank statement, the purchase appears as “LINK.COM*”. The seller never has access to your card details.
6. Delivery
The licence key is sent by email, to the address given when ordering, automatically within minutes of payment, and at the latest within two working days in the event of a technical incident. It is entered in Pluméo from the home screen (“Enter a licence”). If the key does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to info@plumeo.net.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase, in accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law and the consumer protection rules of your country. To exercise it, write to the seller at info@plumeo.net or contact Link’s support. The refund is made by the same payment method, and the corresponding licence key must then no longer be used. In any case, the 14-day free trial lets you test Pluméo fully before buying.
8. Legal guarantee
Independently of the above, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content: if Pluméo does not work as described, contact the seller, who will endeavour to fix the problem. Failing that, you have the rights provided by law (price reduction or termination of the contract).
9. Personal data
The data provided during the purchase is processed as described in the privacy policy. The Pluméo software itself collects no data.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of difficulty, please write to the seller first: an amicable solution will be sought. Consumers may also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be). The mandatory provisions of the consumer’s country of residence remain applicable.
